When Hayman corporation, a large multi-family property owner, asked Sciarappa Construction to handle a complex remodeling project for them it was because of their long-standing trust and relationship with each other. The scope of the work would include a new workout center, clubhouse, gathering area, automated dog wash, mail room, and leasing office area. Sciarappa Construction worked hard to deliver the project within budget and on schedule.
